IMPORTANT NOTICE

Run-time Error Code 438 or "Compile error in hidden module: frm fees"

The Windows XP update "KB960715" prevents some of the controls being loaded by the software, thus rendering it unusable. Please download a new version V1R3 of the Feesable software from the Feesable website. This version uses controls that are still supported by Microsoft.

Using Windows Vista?

The Feesable software has been installed in your "C:/Program Files/Feesable" directory. Vista users will need to grant Read and Write access to the Feesable folder and all of its subfolders and files.

Run-time Error Code 91

Please note that if you sent invoices between 26th and 28th Oct 2005 you may be experiencing a problem with a very unhelpful message "Run-time Error Code 91: Object Variable not set...". This was due to a corrupt (no virus) Feesable system file.

In order to fix the problem simply do the following...

1. Download the file SystemRefData.xml from the Repository. Use your Feesable user name and password to login in.
2. Click on the Download button. This will show the contents of the file as XML. Take the File, Save As menu option and save the file to c:/Program Files/Feesable/Data/Lookup/SystemRefData.xml and overwrite the existing file.
3. The Feesable Offline Tool should work properly now.

Common Error
