Common Standard, Common Sense...

Feesable is an International Group of P&I Clubs (IG) initiative that aims to improve the processing of supplier invoices. Through the use of a standard invoice format and internet based delivery the Feesable system enables suppliers to submit their fees and disbursements quickly and efficiently regardless of the Club for which they are acting or where they are located.

...a basis for electronic standards

Having a standard invoice format is a basis for electronic standards. The Feesable invoice standard will be publicly available for any supplier or software vendor to incorporate into their systems. Alternatively, a simple offline tool is available for download to help create, manage and submit electronic invoices.

...What's New?

The Feesable offline software has been upgraded to support data import of LEDES data. The new software is available in the Download section in My Data.
