No. It is an Excel macro. The invoice data is held outside of Excel. The macro takes advantage of the Microsoft Office programming language VBA. Using a macro does rely on Excel 97 or later being installed but reduces the software distribution overhead.
Can I change the default Club information such as name and address?No. This information is supplied with the software. The information can be changed for each invoice but it is not preserved. If you feel the information is incorrect please contact us.
Can I create a draft invoice and send later?Yes. You can enter the basic information and save as draft. A temporary invoice number can be allocated until ready to send.
Can I resend an invoice?Yes. You need to go into the Archive and restore the invoice. Send in the usual way.
Can I recover deleted invoices?Possibly. The deleted invoice should be placed in your PC's Recycle Bin. If it still exists in there you can restore it.
Can I add my branding to the invoice?No. A lot of consideration has been given on how branding information such as logos can be incorporated. At this time there isn't a cost effective solution. For the time being the Correspondent ('Invoice To' name) will be shown at the top of the printed invoice to help each club quickly identify invoices. Once invoices are transmitted electronically branding should become less of an issue
Where can I download the latest version of the software?Click on the My Data menu option, login and then go to the Download page. You will need a valid username and password.
Can I import data from my software into Feesable?Please see our page on Importing Data into Feesable for more information.
Can I add attachments to an invoice?No. Feesable will soon handle file attachments so that digital copies of any supporting documentation can be sent with the invoice.
Can I enter negative amounts?Yes. Feesable does not restrict this. Deductions, such as advance payments or discounts, can be made by entering a negative fixed amount
Can I enter a discount?Yes. Feesable does not have a specific field for discounts. See negative amounts on how to apply a discount.
Can I move invoices from one computer to another?Yes. Locate the directory where Feesable is installed on the computer. The default is //Program Files/Feesable/Data. Copy the folders Invoices and Archive to the same location on the other computer.
