Importing Data into Feesable

Feesable

For most users of Feesable keying invoice data into Feesable's offline tool is not an issue but for those with automated invoicing software and high volumes of invoices then rekeying data is.

Some have successfully adapted their billing systems to output data into Feesable format, although this may not be an option for most. The LEDES standard has emerged as the most popular for exchanging invoice data and it seems the majority of billing software support it. Feesable can now accept either LEDES 98B, 98BI or 2000 standards. However, it must be noted that these standards do not have all the information needed by Feesable, which means some kind of remedial action is required.

What is XML?

XML stands for eXtensible Markup Language and is the de facto standard for defining data message formats on the internet. If you look at the sample you can see it text based with the data flanked by tags. Each data message format is defined by a file called a schema.
